  I handle the editorial content for AvBuyer, both online and in print. My duties include continually seeking to expand the magazine and website's coverage of the industry to meet the needs of the readership, cultivating and maintaining relationships with new and established contributors, and overseeing editorial production. I manage all aspects of editorial - from planning the editorial calendar, commissioning or writing stories, editing, through to final design sign-off (in print), or checking for SEO and publishing articles online. I also oversee the planning and production of special industry guides providing a focus on specific aspects of aircraft ownership and operations - such as MRO or cabin electronics, help with the editorial direction of sister-publication GA Buyer Europe, prepare three monthly digital alerts, and regularly work with advertisers to help them generate strong sponsored content. In addition, I write the occasional article for media partners. I work closely with the online, sales and design teams at AvBuyer to achieve results that garner respect across the industry.   BizJet Advisor (China) is aimed at High-Net-Worth entrepreneur and Chinese business people, introducing them to the concept of Business Aviation with a blend of 'aviation 101' stories (covering all aspects of business aircraft that are of interest to the back-cabin passenger) and infusing high-end lifestyle features of general interest to that audience. Within a year of launch, the publication was shortlisted for an Aviation Media Award. My responsibilities on this title included editing and writing articles, sourcing pictures, drawing together designers, translators, writers, editorial teams, sales teams, and researchers to ensure a smooth production process resulting in a high-quality, printed publication in Simplified Chinese (Mandarin) to be distributed within China.
