I had the pleasure of working with Mary Cordo to assist us with our staffing needs for more than 10 years. She was amazingly responsive, no matter what time I called and her staff were always competent and reliable. Over the years, we hired a number of the long term staff that she sent to us. Our health centers provided services to people with special needs and often the patients required extra patience and creativity on the part of the staff in order to receive their care. Mary seemed to have a special skill in knowing which staff would suit our patient’s needs. At first, we primarily engaged nursing staff- RN, LPN and MA’s. Then we learned that Mary could provide a wider range of positions: Receptionists, Medical billers, Medical records staff and even an EHR trainer that helped us enormously when we were switching to a new product.
