This company operates how to process salt and my supervisors give a topic to research and to design a machine for Salt and Shell Crashing.   I experienced my first on-the-job training at UBANA Plastic and Metal Fabrication as technician. I operate CNC Milling Machine and Conventional Lathe Machine, I also experienced in quality control and some other fabrication. And I was able to deliver finished parts of the machine in some companies within Laguna area. In my whole experienced, I learned to operate machine and enhance my skills in machinery.
