Significantly reducing the cost of processing documentation. Designed and delivered on-line dealer commissions system, allowing dealers and finance staff access to real-time information regarding commission on finance agreements and reducing telephone enquiries. As a key element of the eLoan project; captured and analysed the requirements for the loan application process. Developing front-end and back-end of system with a particular focus on performance and cross browser compatibility. Led the development of Online Payments system allowing customers to make payments over the internet; captured and analysed requirements, designed system, integration with payment processor and ensuring system was compliant with PCI DSS.
