      - MARKETING• Generating new leads for the sales department.• Promote all Quest brands to their target market and increase brand awareness.• Managing the digital marketing strategy including e-commerce and e-marketing to generate further revenue to the business.• Look after and maintain all 3 websites. (1 x Magento and 2 x Wordpress).• Upload new products to the magento store, along with images and descriptions.• Create and send out marketing emails and letters to our customer database.• Maintain and update Quest social media accounts.• Design and update corporate literature (Brochures, flyers and iPad presentations).• Provide weekly reports on the current marketing performance.I designed marketing emails using a mixture of adobe programs such as, Photoshop, illustrator and dreamweaver. Once the design and content has been signed off I send the emails to prospects and customers using dotmailer and mailchimp. - ITMy second role was IT 1st line support. I looked after the whole of the businesses IT needs, right from the main server down to the mobile phones and tablets.Working on a windows server 2012 R2 machine I added new users when new staff members are due to start. I then allocated a desktop pc or laptop and set it up for it to be used ready for the new starters first day. If any issues with software or hardware arise then all members of staff report to their managers who would then have come to see myself. Depending on the urgency of the problem I would either schedule in a time to fix the issue or I would inform my marketing supervisor and stop what I was doing in order to get the user back up and running in the fastest possible time and at the least inconvenience.

My role at Lamps and Lighting was to update, add and check products on www.lampslighting.co.uk. I also updated and created new data sheets for the company's new products, I had to do this using Quark, a program I had to master in a short period of time. I then continued learning new skills in Photoshop and Dreamweaver, I had also been learning to use Illustrator to create line drawings and logo’s. I worked alongside the marketing department to create brochures and binders to distribute at lighting shows down in London, Birmingham and Manchester.

My role at JY Auto Electrics was to update, add and check products on www.jygroup.co.uk, www.jyautoelectrics.com, www.jymobility.co.uk, www.jymobilityshop.co.uk, www.jyautoparts.co.uk and www.jyremap.co.uk. I also updated their eBay site which had over 1500 products listed; I processed the orders, took payments and also packaged and sent out the items. In this job I did similar tasks as I did in my previous job where I was expected to create flyers, email campaigns, folders and brochures, although I do feel the quality of my work has hugely improved as I have been learning as I have been working.I have been learning new skills in Photoshop and Dreamweaver, I have also been using macromedia Firefox’s web developer’s toolbar to edit CSS Style sheets to totally change the look of a website, for example myself and a work colleague took www.jyautoelectrics.co.uk and duplicated it to create www.jymobilityshop.co.uk, as you can see from the different websites they still work the same but look totally different, I had been updating buttons and banners using Filezilla to swap the existing image to be used as a new button or banner.
