      -In charge of a different crew of 1-5 people at every event. We do pig carving, grilling and cater food at Weddings, business picnics and many other events. Set up, delegate and provide customer service to CEO’s, Brides, Hosts and hundreds of people at these events. -The crew, customers, venue and food is different for every event.       -Food safety certified with a great understanding of CCP’s and GMP’s -Employees can be recognized quarterly. I have been employee of the quarter three times for going above and beyond! The best part is, we are voted in through our co-workers. -Shipping and Receiving department/ Trainer- loading and unloading trucks while operating an automated palletizer. Preparing film, cases, product and inventory for the Production line is among the duties. -Wrapper operator department/ Trainer- Make cases and put the wrapped cheese into the cases. -Shred department/ Trainer- Operate a giant cheese shredding system and open 40lb boxes of cheese. -Clean and grind department- this is where we mix large batches of raw ingredients. -Sanitation department- we take apart machines, clean them and rebuild them, chemical certified. -Belt operator/ Trainer/ Team Forman- I control all machinery associated with pre and post pasteurization of processed cheese; including filtration of impurities and specified weight of product. We have multiple quality control checks; EZ pick, color, Weight, length, temperature, quality control and PH level checks that we are responsible for. As well as operations associated with casting cheese. It is highly automated and I am proficient in SCADA manufacturing systems. Show less
