I had the pleasure of meeting Marius when he was about to take up the task of expanding business development of finished consumer goods from Vita's Baltic operations. In this role he had to deal with many different functional aspects such as product development, market analysis, purchasing, sales, account management, planning and budgeting. I learned to know him as a passionate, professional, very likeable and hard working person who easily connected with people in and outside the company in a very international environment.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Marius on projects here in the UK for companies such as Simba and Eve and his understanding of product, company capabilities and professionalism shone through.
