Marisa worked as an intern for JJR last summer and did an outstanding job for us. She was instrumental in helping me establish various processes and took on the tedious task of performing a job analysis, which resulted in the development of our HR performance system. She is one amazing young woman who will most likely excel in anything she takes on. I would highly recommend her for any position, but especially one in the HR field. Marisa possesses the drive and passion, the maturity and dedication to be successful, and would be an asset to any organization. She would be welcome back at JJR should a position become available.

Marisa was hired as a hostess while in high school at Embers and Trio in Cincinnati. I was worried about hiring a high school student in a fine dining restaurant, dealing with business executives and other VIP's. Marisa not only was outgoing and personable, she was polished with our clients. She was hard working and a joy to be around. She managed to work part time, while in school and being involved with school sports and organizations. She excelled at them all. She strives to do her best and does it with a full smile. I can only imagine in the years it has been since I worked with Marisa, that she has grown into a wonderful adult and would be an asset to any company.
