    • Recruiting Intern
      • Apr 2021 - Oct 2021

As a recruiting intern, I oversaw four university's TWN chapters within the U.S, all new chapters to the network which launched fall of 2021. I interviewed university students for positions on their designated chapter’s executive board, developed interview questions, and chose candidates best suited for each position. I contributed to outreach efforts for each chapter by sending emails, sending text messages, making phone calls, and sending direct messages on Instagram to potential TWN members. I worked close in hand with other interns and TWN leaders throughout the internship in order to assure that launching chapters would be successful. Throughout my internship, I also designed a new sector of the network which will focus on providing members in different grades with resources necessary in college. This sector of the network will be implemented next academic year.
