These events are meticulously designed to address the critical business challenges and emerging trends within this specialized sector. My focus at TT has been multifaceted, involving market research, competitor analysis, and the intricate task of identifying the unique needs of our target market. This foundation is essential for creating commercially viable events that truly resonate with our audience. As the Head of Conference Development and Production, I've been responsible for shaping content, program structures, thematic elements, niche events, and innovative formats. I have played a key role in meticulously planning our annual event calendar. I oversee TT's European and US events, collaborating closely with high-level executives across Europe & the US. As the department head, I take pride in managing and mentoring our entire production team throughout every project phase, from the initial concept to the successful completion. Some of the standout projects I've had the privilege of spearheading include initiatives such as Proactive Post-market Surveillance (PMS) and vigilance, Clinical Evidence Strategy, Sales Training, MedTech Supplier Quality, Human Factors and Usability, Biocompatibility, Software and Cybersecurity, and Labelling. Each of these endeavors has further fueled my passion for creating impactful events and addressing the unique needs of the Life Science industry.
