Sophie Michell
Marianna worked with me for nearly 3 years, starting in the Pont St as a Hostess and went one to become a successful and conscientious Events Manager. Marianna was always great with the customers and clients and always went the extra mile on every level. As a Senior member of staff I knew I could rely on her to get the job done and to be forward thinking enough to highlight what needed to come next. Marianna was also constantly trying to better her knowledge and skill base, something that I admire hugely in an employee. I was sad to stop working together and I am sure I will see huge success from her in the future.

Working with Marianna can only be described as a pleasure, her lust for perfection, warmth towards guests and the precision taken when, not only organising events but actively managing the events too. Her quick succession from hostess to Events Manager proves that once something is on her mind, nothing can stand in the way. Its very hard to find people in the hospitality industry that can tick more than one box, I have stopped ticking boxes with Marianna- as every day she proves that nothing can stop her from achieving her goals -whether it be personal or business related. I cannot recommend Marianna enough for any position in any company that has the pleasure of taking Marianna on board.
