Part of my job was to do follow ups and once I had already made a deal, I was in charged to get their details on how they can get the products, how they will get paid, teach them to make their own invoice for payment once they were done w/ their posts in our monthly campaign. I also offered renewal of their partnerships with us after their first partnership. All of these processes were being directly reported to the Partnership Manager based in Canada.
