In my opinion, Marcy is the most knowledgeable senior care advisor in our industry. Every family she works with becomes personal to her which results in positive outcomes. I am so proud to know her and work with her. She has been such an important part of Senior Care Authority, the quality of our services and our continued growth.

As an Eldercare Consultant, I assist families who may need support, guidance, and advocacy as they navigate the daunting world of senior care options. Through providing information, resources, and strategies, I can help mitigate some of the stress families are under while trying to understand their choices. My local business is mostly in Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Solano, and Mendocino counties (California). We offer our services (via local offices) in 24 states. Where we do not have an office we offer phone consultations and referrals to affiliates. Part of our business model is helping families find residential care options, such as Assisted Living and Memory Care. We visit and evaluate each location and review all information with the State licensing board. Our differentiation is that we are not a referral service. Instead, we hold our clients' hands throughout the entire process with as little or as much support as they want, until a solution is found. Senior Care Authority is a full service agency, offering Eldercare Consulting and Care Management to our clients, in addition to placement. We are known for the honest, supportive, and caring approach we take to helping our families through difficult transitions. Ask me about our Peace of Mind program to help you keep track of your loved one when you are out of town or unable able to visit for any reason. We are the real deal!

Compassionate support and resources for individuals and families facing challenging issues and complicated decisions relating to aging. Support for adult children, spouses, and siblings of loved ones suffering from Alzheimer's Disease and other dementias, including long distance care coordination. In addition to offering patient and family advocacy, navigation through the healthcare system and detailed care assessments, I help locate and provide access to traditional as well as complementary alternative medical resources, discharge planning, insurance issues. Interface with medical professionals, case managers, caregivers, and residential communities.
