  Product Management & Global Industry DevelopmentIn this internship, I supported the Department in three main scopes.First of all, I helped serving our Global, Premium & Business Partner within our Partnership Program by e.g. calculating the estimated costs of offering benefits within the Parter Program.Second, I supported the Global Industry Manager, in particular for Industrial Spare Parts, Oil & Gas, Marine & Fine Arts.Additionally, I assisted the Product Management, especially in setting up a web-based-Training for the several solutions offered by Lufthansa Cargo for temperature sensitive goods and monitoring the performance of their respective products.Furtermore, I undertook responsibility for different ad-hoc Tasks e.g. planning Workshops or the drive towards our new corporate design.

  Statistics, Monitoring & EvaluationDuring my internship in the Statistics & Evaluation department, I supported the team on different projects and completed my own project about federal statistical distributions over the whole 3 months.Especially the support of the evaluation team gave me an comprehensive understanding of the way a scientific evaluation is put into practice and operated by external consultants.Furthermore, I while supporting the statistics team, I was in contact with quantitative date on a regular basis which strengthed my analytical and statistical skills (focus on MS Excel).Finally, operating my own project over a three months period gave me the ability to learn a lot about self-organising, strucured working approaches and project management.
