This includes a targeted search and sourcing for passive candidates; • planning, arranging and conducting interviews, selecting suitable candidates, evaluating application documents and interviews, compiling and transmitting profiles of suitable candidates to the customer, conducting a background check on the final candidates, and providing feedback to unsuitable candidates.
