Established one of Guam's first private COVID-19 Testing Centers in partnership with the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services. • Established COVID-19 Vaccine Protocols and Procedures. • Spearheading the COVID-19 Regen-cov Monoclonal Infusion Center for pre-exposure prophylaxis. • Responsible for the direct and indirect care of pain management patients on a day-to-day basis, including hands-on patient care in both clinical visits and procedures. • Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the specialty staff as well as developing and monitoring quality improvement issues and ensuring competent staff members can meet patient needs. • Responsible for the overall operations of the immunization clinic in collaboration with the with the Guam Department of Public Health and Social Services. • Established the first Pain Management Clinic on Guam that provides care to over 5000 patients per year for civilian and military personnel. • Instituted Telehealth services for patients during the start of COVID-19 pandemic. • Established protocol for ESRD patient follow up visits and dialysis access care. • Coordinated and facilitated Interventional Radiology treatment for patients with physical limitations in partnership with the Government of the Northern Mariana Islands. • Moderate and facilitate Radiologist Quarterly Peer Review. • Oversee patients schedule and submission of prior authorizations. • Provide guidance for procedure codes and billing. • Hire and train medical assistants, medical schedulers and authorization submission department. • Review medical records for accuracy on medical billing. • Manage schedules and coordination of care for 9 Physicians and 1 Mid-Level providers. • Assist in training Physicians and providers in using the facility EMR. • Oversees all aspects of clinic planning, implementation/operation and shut down.
