Managed and planned National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit issuance case for coal-fired power plant in Missouri. Developed and directed legal and scientific research on estimated downstream heavy metal concentrations and thermal sensitivity of sturgeon species, which were labeled endangered and threatened under the Endangered Species Act by the Fish and Wildlife Service.
