I specialise in the trades fields where I leverage my background as a qualified boilermaker with industry experience in working as a maintenance fitter. My skill in this area was highlighted when I was awarded the biggest biller award in 2019 for my company record year, this was the first year that Engineering People had handed out this award and unfortunately due to Covid-19 we didn't have the award for 2020.My role consists of end to end recruitment services for my clients, this means that not only will I be the person who takes the job brief and communicates with the hiring manager, but I will also be the person who recruits the candidate and manages the on-boarding process, this allows a seamless process with less complications.I specialise in the trades fields where I leverage my background as a qualified boilermaker with industry experience in working as a maintenance fitter.   Interlink Pumps and Sprayers are a supplier to the agricultural industry in the Sunraysia area (North West Victoria). I was employed by Interlink originally to work in the mechanical fitting division before moving into the fabrication department. In this role I was responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, measuring, marking & cutting material, fabrication and solid wire MIG welding. Some of the items I manufactured included chassis for vineyard sprayers, industrial fans including the hangers and much more. In this role I honed my fabrication & MIG skills and left a much more confident tradesperson.

  Australian Tartaric Products (ATP) manufacture and supply the finest quality Natural Tartaric Acid, Natural Cream of Tartar and Food Grade Spirit to the Australian wine industry.My apprenticeship originally started off as a fitter and turner apprenticeship, soon after I started I transferred to a boilermaker apprenticeship as my passion was in welding/fabrication.My role at ATP was a mixture of boilermaking and maintenance fitting, this included troubleshooting and rebuilding pumps, troubleshooting and installing pneumatics, refurbishment of trommel screens, refurbishment of centrifuges, fabrication and installation of pipework, fabrication and installation of pump supports, MIG, TIG and ARC welding and much more.

The boiler was used to burn the grape waste that would otherwise be used as landfill, to supply steam to the factory and also to generate power via a turbine system.After the biomass was commissioned I was offered an adult apprenticeship.
