      Currently in the first half of my first year, I work essentially on the control of the FDR (False Discovery Rate) for proteomic data. In particular, I study the knockoff based approaches, introduced in 2015 by Barber & Candes. Then, my research should move on to the inference of missing value in proteomic data obtained my mass-specrometry, by taking into account the transcriptome of the biological sample. My work takes place in the IRIG-BGE unit from CEA Grenoble and in TIMC-IMAG.
