  Fonroche Energy, founded in 2008, provides renewable energy solutions to an increasingly international customer base, specializing in solar, biogas, geothermal and off-grid lighting systems. The company employs 190 people and had revenues of €200 million in 2014 I’m managing all procurement activities relating to PV, for French and international market. I ensure all the common procurement activites : sourcing, procurement strategy definition, negotiation, contract management, supplier performance and project rentability. Scope of work : - Industrial supplies for our French module factory -65MW capacity- (solar cells, EVA, back sheet,..) Including investments for manufacturing line (4BB upgrade). - Complete solutions for PV installation (ground solar farm or roof installation) Purchase of structure (fixed tilt, trackers and building (greenhouse), sub contractors (ground levelers , electrician…), electric side with inverters, station and storage. - Active part during bid phase for tender in France (CRE2, CRE3) and worldwide (India, Mexico) - Components for solar off-grid : metallic and plastic parts, batteries.   Mainline and Metro Division Bombardier Transportation is the rail equipment division of the Canadian firm, Bombardier Inc. Bombardier Transportation is one of the world's largest companies in the rail-equipment manufacturing and servicing industry. I was in charge of managing the purchase of mechanical, structural and safety systems on REGIO2N project (new double-deck train for french regions operated by SNCF from 2013). My scopes covered nine commodities dispatched on European and international suppliers (France, Spain, Western Europe and China). My mains activities were : • Lead the procurement project from bids phase to the customer validation step, including the development and the industrialization. • Short list supplier panel, negotiate and establish contracts. • Manage the contract (cost, quality, planning, and documentation) • Cost reduction measures or risks mitigation, (savings of 11% vs. 12m€). • Coordinate the actions between the supplier and our organization (project, engineering, method, quality and production) Show less
