Having worked in Local Government for over 27 years I have a wealth of varied experience including procurement, performance improvement and project management. Since 2005 my main focus has been knowledge management, research and social care practice development. I have a keen interest in improving outcomes for people in receipt of social care support and services as well as those that care for them. My aim is to provide high quality support to clients who wish to: - develop and undertake research projects (including supporting with research governance) - carry out meaningful consultation and engagement - manage individual and organisational knowledge - ensure their organisations policy, procedures and practice are evidence informed - maintain a knowledgeable, supported and emotionally resilient workforce Show less
