  Having started with Whitbread as a receptionist in September 2012, I quickly rose through the ranks becoming Assistant General Manager and F&B Manager of a new opening hotel in Bath. Working with the General Manager I was responsible for building a team of 40 employees including their recruitment and training and the subsequent financial performance of the restaurant.
