Responsible for developing the overall strategy, and innovation pipeline for Purina's flagship super premium advanced dry dog food brand, in the EMENA Region (largest region globally). I work closely with around 30 markets to ensure strategy is implemented effectively at local level in order to drive sustainable, profitable brand growth. Key achievements so far: 1. Successful launch of a unique and innovative new sub range of the main brand. This sub range has a totally unique and patented product and brand offering within the petfood category in Europe, with no direct competitive brand or product. I Developed the strategic direction for this new sub brand based on extensive consumer research and product testing, as well as defining the future innovation pipeline. I also created the full brand world, brand guidelines, and launch toolkit (ATL and BTL). I work very closely with our factories and nutritionists to ensure high product quality and clear grading standards developed. This project Won 2 internal Gold Awards for best innovation, and best internal launch with Nestle Purina Dry Dog portfolio. 2. Developed and launched new European website communicating our brand positioning in a more interactive and user friendly way. Defined clear WOW's for local market implementation and ensured website is mobile friendly and updated with stronger SEO. 3. Developed a new Senior Small & Mini product to further enhance our small dog range offering, driving higher profitability and enabling a more competitive offering from the brand. Provided local markets with full launch toolkit including new website section. 4. Worked with local market representatives to deliver annual brand brands. 5. Coach and develop Junior Brand Manager.
