Serve as sole, remote, Human Resources Generalist for organization in the healthcare industry with 250-300 employees located in multiple states. Onboard, including background check, I-9, W2, ADP Workforce setup, PTO Accruals, COVID vaccination documentation, clinical site-specific documents, and all other required paperwork, all clinical new hires and support all corporate hires with a goal of 35-40 hires per month.
