As the UX Architect, I relied on Livia to see if my usability and user research finding was supported by her analysis of site data. Not only was she always more than willing to dive into the data but she consistently found new ways to frame the data that I'd never have considered. The bottom line is that Liv knows her stuff and is adept at helping an organization understand the story that underlies their data. On top of that, she is extremely personable and fun to work with.
