-Collaborate with pilots, dispatchers, and aircraft owners to create a world-class inflight experience for clients. -Use Crew Resource Management techniques to proactively identify problems and work to solve them as a part of a team. -Train new members of the inflight department by conducting multi-day workshops to teach inflight service standards, prepare new hires for mock flights and provide feedback on performance. -Ensure a welcoming, enjoyable in-flight experience through attentive, efficient and discreet service. -Complete all post-flight duties to include restocking aircraft, expense reporting, managing aircraft inventory and ordering aircraft stock.
