Lisa provided invaluable technical support on numerous projects we worked on together at ILS/Manatron and Thomson Reuters. As a committed GIS professional she works hard to ensure clients are able to operatonalize their GI and land admin technology investments be it training or tech support. I can honestly say she puts in the extra effort to get things done speaking from experience in having seen her criss-cross Uganda's district land offices, and without doubt enjoys what she does. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa.

I worked directly with Lisa Kay for 6.5 years at Thomson Reuters as a Project Coordinator and later as a Project Manager, while Lisa Kay was a senior technical consultant on software development projects focused on land administration worldwide. During this time, Lisa Kay proved to be an essential and high performing individual on every project she was on. Aside from being competent and deeply knowledgeable about land management systems, she was always willing to go the extra mile to get work done and to help her colleagues and customers on the project with whatever was needed. She is especially talented at interacting with customers and clients and leaves a positive impression everywhere she goes. The main tasks that she did while we worked together were: requirements gathering, business area analysis, business process reengineering, software requirements specifications, internal business process improvement, software training, software testing, producing reports, managing bugs in various different defect tracking software systems, and giving presentations. It was truly a pleasure to work with Lisa Kay and I highly recommend her as she will certainly be a boon to any team she is on.
