  In my current role I have completed my CIPD Level 3 and will finish my Level 5 in Jan 2014. I implemented HR policies and procedures ensuring these were conducted, ethically and within guidelines of the Company. I supported and helped lead Managers in handling a broad range of employee relation issues including grievance and disciplinary action.
