  started as a trainee manager in sales and distribution and was also given a number of business accounts to manage. the specific role involved dealing with customer queries, complaints and processing purchase orders onto the Management information system while working with production to ensure jobs go out on time. I worked in a number of other positions to gain a better understanding of how each department worked and got a better understanding of the printing industry. Eventually I moved to the repo department in which I was the assistant manager of a small team. This particular role was demanding as it was an import part of the work flow, we had to work closely with the production team to ensure that each machines on the factory floor had enough work going through.
