      Alongside my team, I was selected to participate in the White City Sculpture Challenge. This event, organised by the Dreamteam design consultancy, saw seven teams compete in designing an innovative sculpture to be built on the Imperial College White City Campus. The sculpture should merge science and art and address sustainability themes, ­diversity, and ­inclusion. Our proposal titled "The Sound of Us" is a sculptural seating concept created to bring the people of White City together. Not only does the design ­carefully consider the rich history of the area, but it also literally captures the voices of the community members. As second-place winners of the challenge, we are now receiving mentorship from the judges in making our sculpture a permanent installation on the White City Campus. Show less
