It's pretty hard to sum up Lauren's talents and what exactly makes her shine simply because there are so many of them. She's extremely dedicated, detail oriented and savvy with what makes a digital product get off the ground. What sets her clear apart from the competition though, is her ability to see the entire project, how it grows and what comes next. She's also very technically minded, and is able to understand the challenges of development staff and larger technical issues. She can nerd with the best. I've worked with Lauren directly on some very large (and smaller) projects, and she always handles pressure with grace and ease. She's an amazing, friendly warm person that always is willing to help. It goes almost without saying that I would absolutely work with her again, she'd be an asset on any team.

Lauren is an invaluable asset to any team. During my time at Deutsch, she was my right-hand woman. Lauren oversaw the full technical front-end build of VW.com. Additionally, she partnered and coordinated with third-party vendors that handled other aspects of the build. Together, we oversaw a 9 month long project built by 4 different parties consisting of over 60 engineers, content managers, quality assurance analysts, asset managers, architects, and IT specialists. Lauren's specific role was to coordinate, manage, and deliver all aspects of the front-end build with dependencies in image management, back-end development, server architecture, and content production. Lauren was the producer on the ground and without her, the project would not have been built and deployed to the success it has received. She was able to keep her cool, see the big picture, and manage the minute details to ensure a successful technical launch. She's a great teammate, partner, colleague, and friend.
