Lauren has been a part of my core product development team since joining us out of school 3 years ago. She brings tremendous passion for what she does and an eagerness to learn to the overall team. I have watched her grow and become highly competent in developing product requirements and define various mission operations. I have also seen her show real leadership in the development and execution of test plans to validate design requirements. She has grown into key roles of being a test director overseeing the testing and verification of new products. I would welcome Lauren to be a member of my development teams.
