Lauren came onto my team in January of 2020 and in her short time has become a valuable member of the training team. We all appreciate her bubbly personality and great attitude. She dived right into reviewing and creating training materials, and has done a great job with them. She asks for direction when needed and is able to take the concepts from one document and use them in the creation of a new one. She is eager to try new things and is very comfortable with reaching out to get clarification and additional information. She willingly takes on new assignments and I can count on her to complete them on time. Her facilitation skills are excellent – she is very well spoken and can think on her feet.
