In my role as a Research & Development Intern at SIGMA Assessment Systems, I contribute to the development and refinement of SIGMA’s assessment tools in the areas of leadership development, cognitive ability, emotional intelligence, personality, and selection testing. I conduct literature reviews, leverage data, and draw on my subject matter expertise to advise the R&D team about best practices and concerns about scientific or technical aspects of the assessments. I also participate in the translation of multiple assessments, their related reports, and accompanying administrative text to ensure the assessment can be administered in both English and French. I am a continuous learner who seeks opportunities to contribute my informed expertise to the R&D team while also being challenged to think differently.

Visit Oakville Ambassador (Summer)

I served as an Ambassador for Oakville Tourism, where I operated a visitor information booth in the Bronte BIA (Business Improvement Area). In this role, I built relationships with residents and established connections with visitors while promoting local businesses, informing them of upcoming events, and distributing materials/administering surveys.Duties and Responsibilities:- Greeting visitors and answering inquiries- Providing detailed and personalised suggestions (for activities, dining, shopping, etc.)- Setting up, taking down, and maintaining the booth- Inventorying informational brochures for restocking- Maintaining records, log sheets, and the visitor guestbook- Coordinating a visitor surveys

I worked as a Poll Clerk for Elections Ontario, where I operated one of the voting booths with the Chief Electoral Officer. In this role, I greeted voters and guided them through the voting process.
