Late at night I was on Dribbble looking for a new UI/UX designer, and LaTeisha's work popped up. The work was fresh and edgy, and I reached out to her immediately. When we met for drinks, she brought mockups of pages of our site that could be better. She was particularly interested in the pricing pages, and how to make them stickier. Through the rollercoaster of startup life, I count on LaTeisha to provide not only simple, bold designs, but also attention and commitment to the user's perspective. Like that first meeting, LaTeisha keeps her eye on where we can do better and comes with ideas for change. Her core strengths are her spirit of inclusion, a holistic temperament that looks at our product and business from a high vantage point and takes in multiple points of view, and her willingness to learn and grow.
