I have worked with Olaoluwa on numerous projects that cut across youth development, civic engagement, community mobilizing and public value awareness. I find it hard to quantify my estimation of his work efficiency and delivery capabilities; hard to quantify because I have lost count of the number of projects we have both co-led or co-worked on, and each time I reflect on those projects, Olaoluwa's effortful and industrious contributions to making them a success stand out. He delivers an A-game, every-time! At the risk of giving an appraisal that sounds infallible and without flaws, I would say Olaoluwa's experience covers every fundamentals any client/organisation would need for a successful development project management . Having worked in several cross-border and multi-cultural contexts myself, and being a renowned voice in the civic space in Nigeria, I can confidently vouge that Olaoluwa is my go-to person who I would instinctively recommend as the hot-shot for projects that involve mobilizing human capital, network and developmental resources. I have recommended him for such in the past and he delivered excellently! I must say, overall, that the added-value of working with him is that his experience and network straddle the youth development space in Nigeria and other African countries. He is best at it!

Olaoluwa is a dynamic and hardworking professional. His passion for youth engagement and development comes second to none. He has great social skills and flare for delivering excellent results at all times. Olaoluwa is a great teammate and a reliable individual- this makes it super easy and joyful working with him.

There are so many reasons why I call Olaoluwa "Mr Youth Engagement." He is an exceptional orator, self-motivated and innovative thinker who is unafraid to up the ante to get to the results that matter. He has been such a great asset to the team, especially when it comes to delivering powerful webinars that keep our audience engaged. Olaoluwa is a versatile individual that can adapt to changing situations and thrive. As his line Manager, I would say one of his best qualities is the ability to receive feedback. I have watched him improve at every turn and I have no doubt that he will be a remarkable youth Leader. He truly cares about his work and I cannot recommend him more highly. He is a star!
