  My role at m3property is a Senior Valuer within the Residential Development Team. We provide valuation advice in respect to a variety of medium density residential developments throughout metropolitan Adelaide, in addition to multi storey apartment developments within the Adelaide CBD and metropolitan area, for both mortgage and strategic advisory purposes. I also undertake prestige residential valuations for litigation, taxation, insurance and general consultancy purposes.
