MIke was a very hard working conscientious member of the team who was able to morph between multiple roles with ease. His ability to deal with awkward customers both face to face or on the phone was very good, defusing awkward situations and retaining customers in particular were one of Mike's strengths. We had many occasions where clients gave positive feedback with regards to Mike's actions in the store. Mike's time keeping was exemplary and his commitment to working extra hours when required was never questioned on his part. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is looking for a loyal, hardworking and talented individual to join their business.
