Lacey was my team leader on a high profile tennis event. Leadership comes very naturally to Lacey, her knowledge of the task in hand and the rapport with staff is exceptional. I have known Lacey as a friend and colleague for approximately 3 years. Lacey has worked for me in the capacity of Security Guard and as a Door Supervisor. These roles have lead Lacey to work in many different capacities such as escorting V.I.P’s, supervising foreign language students and managing under 18’s events. Lacey has proven herself to be a very capable and self aware individual how is willing to go a little further than requested in order to complete the tasks assigned to her.
