As the Company Tours Director in Pi Sigma Epsilon, Kylie planned and implemented company tours with several local companies to expose our members to potential career opportunities. Her goal was to implement 5 company tours in a Fall 2015 semester, which in our chapter history had never been done before. This included companies like Graybar, Target, JNR Inc. She exceeded that goal by including additional tours with companies like Disney/ABC Television Group. Overall, she is professional, is a great representation of our organization, committed to her goals and exceeding them, and was extremely proactive and independent in her role.

Kylie is a team player who steps up as a leader to get work done. She is not afraid to come and ask questions and gain more insight so she can do the best job possible for her team, but she can also make critical decisions for the group. Kylie would be a great addition to any team she joins in the future.

During college, I was a member of Ticket Staff for the CSUF Athletic Department. There were three aspects to my job: tearing tickets at the gate, working the will call table, and selling tickets in the ticket booth. I began by working taking tickets at the gate. I was polite and prompt in ripping tickets and getting patrons into the game quickly. At will call, I efficiently located and distributed tickets to guests on the will call lists. Lastly, the position I was in most frequently was selling tickets at the ticket booth. This required calculating ticket prices and giving correct change to be balanced at the end of the evening. My fellow sellers and I would tally up our boxes and I would input the sales for the evening to make sure we had the correct numbers. This required being personable with customers, efficient in choosing the seats they desired, and prompt in providing correct change so we would be balanced at the end of the night. Show less
