This is my current role and at present I am currently a 3rd Line engineer/Project engineer. The main technologies I currently work with are ESXI, Microsoft Azure, Office365, GMail and many more. Whilst here, I am currently looking to progress my knowledge with Azure Cloud and to consolidate my knowledge of Windows client OS and Server OS to help me with that. Another set of tasks I run through as a project engineer is to set up ESXI Hosts and Windows VM's along with Azure installations. This has ranged from Azure AD (AAD) to Azure File Storage and also the Setup of Azure Virtual Gateways and VPN's. Show less

During my time at GCI, I was working as a Second Line Consultant, dealing with a variety of issues from various sized Customers, ranging from Citrix and Virtual environments to Windows Server and management of the servers. With this, I had also ranged from working as on-site IT (Deskside Support) and remote support, allowing me to work on issues with the user to understand where the issue was, and to explain how to prevent it in the future. During my time with Emis Health, I dealt with customer queries on a daily basis via the telephone and through email support. . I also worked with Windows 7 and Windows Server products ranging from Windows Server 2003 through to Server 2016. With this, I also worked with bespoke products including touchscreen systems. With my work with servers this has allowed me to gain an insight as to how server technologies work, including working with DNS, VMWare/virtual machines, group policies and other technologies. I also work with basic SQL including setting permissions and checking relevant tables to make sure that everything is correct. Show less

During my time at Capita, I worked for the Post Office HomePhone&Broadband contract. within this role, I started out in customer service, dealing with questions about the customers bills and offering advice on where to save money. from this I moved to a technical role where I was assisting our customers with problems with their equipment, and escalating this to 3rd parties when necessary. My final role was a provisioning role in which my responsibilities were to deal with 3rd parties to get a customers service active and working, if there were any problems, with as little inconvenience to the customer. During my time at Clas Ohlson I was a Customer Adviser. This meant that I was dealing with customers on a face to face basis, advising of the products that we sold, and assisting them with their queries about the products as well. This role also gave me duties of the stock, by putting the stock on the shelves, and doing a stock check every morning that I worked. During my time at Clas Ohlson I was a Customer Adviser.
