Kristi has the unique skill of transforming business requirements into brilliant user experience journeys fully aligned with business wishes and user needs. Asking why is intrinsic to her way of working and it's the "secret" key to understanding the value of the concepts Kristi is working on without ever forgetting the bigger picture and the moment the project and/or customer is on every step of the way. Her skills are not scoped only to UX Design. She has a fantastic analytic capability and in combination with her OutSystems development knowledge creates the perfect conditions for her delivery to be accepted by customers and the delivery team. It has been a wonderful journey going through all the different projects, in different businesses and customer realities and I really hope to continue to be part of Kristi's journey as a Professional.

Kristi is top-notch in designing things in Figma and still keeping them in the realm of Outsystems. She entered the project mid-way but was still able to adjust in just a day or two and get familiarized with the basics of the project. Her designs are great and she made sure they are in line with the design patterns that were used in the previous designs and she always has alternative designs to cater to different cases. Her knowledge in Outsystem is also excellent because the design solutions were developer-friendly. To summarize: an excellent personality, great design skills, vast technical knowledge in both Figma and Outsystems, and an almost mind-reading ability (she already created a solution to a question that was just brought up) is what she's all about. She is highly recommended if you need someone to Design with Outsystems, Developer, User, and Business needs in mind. It was a pleasure working with her and I would love to work with her again in the future.

As an evolution of my previous role, I focused on one important task: finding better ways of using technology to meet the ever-increasing need for good data!
