(Update 5/26/2013) - I worked with Kris to get a refinance for my home. We started April 22nd of 2013 and I signed on May 17th, with everything done by May 24th. She made this whole process very simple. Most of our work was done via email. If I ever had a question, I'd email her and most of the time I'd get a response back within the hour, or before 6am the next business day. Kris is responsive, extremely knowledgeable, and made my refi a very simple experience. I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a mortgage or refi. Kris is a very knowledgeable person in her field. She is patient and was willing to go the extra mile in helping me assess both the benefits and obstacles of home ownership. I have had the pleasure of knowing Kris for over 15 years and in those years she has been a wealth of knowledge and very professional, however I have never had the opportunity to use her services, until recently. My wife and I purchased a home in a "hot" market. We were selected out of 26 other bidders. If it were not for Kris and her team's expertise in mortgage loans we most likely would not have been able to make the purchase.
