  2013.8 – today:Act as Finance Director DeltaHealth Group (“DeltaHealth”). DeltaHealth is a newly startup group providing high-quality medical services. The group includes one hospital (opening in Sep 2016) and a clinic (open in Jul 2012). I joined in DeltaHealth since the startup period.2016.11-today (after-opening): My role mainly focuses on hospital operation planning and analysis, including annual budget and periodical forecasting, 5-year finance model and monthly management reporting and KPI analysis. Acting a role as business partner to operation departments, e.g. nursing, ancillaries and others. 2015.10-2016.10 (pre-opening): My role mainly focused on project-based work and leading in medical supplies procurement. Working out the whole material management framework, including material category, workflow of purchase, receiving, delivery, usage, charging and booking. Facilitating the material management team to purchase low-value consumables before hospital opening and set up high-value consumable supply channel. 2013.8- 2015.10 (start-up period): My role mainly focused on building up and leading finance team (6 people) to complete daily accounting work and monthly management reporting, as well as designing finance policies and relevant SOP.
