It's not often you are lucky enough to have the opportunity to work with someone with as much passion and grit as Kirsty. She is a very strategic marketer, but more than anything she really understands what her customers want and need - the sort of deep insight that is a godsend for a creative!

Kirsty and I worked alongside each other in the Wellbeing Marketing Team at Nuffield Health. Kirsty is incredibly intelligent, perceptive, and personable, and I thoroughly enjoyed any interactions with her in the workplace. Kirsty is hardworking and determined, always striving to do more than her best at any task presented to her. She was a huge asset to the team, and I would highly recommend her to any future employer.

Key responsibilities:-Strategic Planning-Campaign creation and implementation-Content creation-Digital and social media marketing-Analytics and reporting-External and internal relationship management -Product developmentInitially employed as a Marketing Executive, I worked on the development and launch of the company’s B2C Physiotherapy proposition. The success of this project escalated me to my current position as Marketing Campaigns Manager for the Physiotherapy division; both corporate and consumer. In this role I have achieved business growth of over 35% YoY and have positively increased market share and key brand awareness metrics. My role involves local support for a 3,500-strong network of Physiotherapy clinics as well as the planning and implementation of centralised acquisition and retention marketing campaigns. I was awarded the additional title of Social Media Content Champion for my work developing paid and organic social media campaigns for Physiotherapy. This role means I work with the marketing team to ensure best practice in the development of social media content. At the start of my role, I introduced Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a social listening and engagement CRM plugin, and used this to develop an informed marketing strategy based around the real-time needs and commentary of the consumer. Using these insights I implemented new tactics including remarketing, Twitter PPC and content marketing which have proved extremely successful. I have utilised my skills as a content writer and my previous experience in PR and journalism, to create and tailor content for multi-channel campaigns. I have also focused on getting efficient tracking and reporting in place to fully understand the ROI generated by exploring new channels and marketing activities. I have successfully launched three new products into the Physiotherapy market during my time in the role and continue to work closely with the ops teams to inform and develop more. Show less
