  As a Tour Coordinator Assistant my job was to keep an eye on everybody, to notice the needs of a group member and to help everybody. I also had to solve small problems, to check the restaurant, hotels before the group got there and to guide parts of the group whenever some people felt like following a different path. By doing this job I learned how to be patient, how to notice problems within a group or outside it, and how to keep calm in every hopeless situation.
