In this position, I led the supply chain and partnerships involved in launching our evolutionary new ORGANIC GRASS-FED DAIRY line of ICE CREAM. I also onboarded 2 new CoPack Manufacturing partners (1 US, 1 CAN), which involved a tremendous amount of R&D and collaborative work between teams, leadership and companies. Once this work was complete I decided it was time to move on from Coconut (now Cosmic) Bliss, and created my own Consulting company (ONYX Consulting) in order to share my 23 years of CEO/GM/Entrepreneur experience with other Food & Beverage companies to improve their Strategic Operations.
