Kevin is a take-charge individual who is able to present creative ideas and communicate the benefits. He was successful in leadership of several multi-disciplinary teams, as well as strategic development. His professionalism and effective communications, in dealing with executive leaders, allowed him to work closely with the executive staff and ensured their expectations were met. His ability to work collaboratively and effectively was outstanding. Many times, in my position with HCA, I relied on Kevin and his expertise to assist with such teams. His enthusiasm and willingness to assist with these teams proved him to be a valuable asset to not only his facility, but to the HCA Corporation as well. Kevin’s diligence and energy, as well as his sense of humor made working with him a pleasure. I highly recommend him as a welcome addition to any company who is looking to bring him in to their program.

When was the last time you rode a bike? For me it had been many years but Kevin made it seem like yesterday. I decided to particpate in the Storm Riders to support MS and was worried I would not be able to train to the level I needed to complete the ride and deliver on the funds I raised. I remember the first night I trained with the team in Weston, Florida...Kevin stayed by my side as we went up the tough parts of the ride...never discussing the ride but asking learning about me...what a clever approach to helping someone accomplish a difficult ride. The leadership, motivation and guidance continued until the day of the bike ride and after...to me that's true leadership and someone that know's how to drive and lead a team to a goal. Anyone that has possess these skills can accomplish anything is life!
