Ensuring production of quarry stone (ballast and primary build stone) for rail refurbishment to Mozambique and Beira and Maputo Port upgrades for a major project. The project was finished in 18 months as opposed to a deadline of 24 months. No sleep, no rest, 19 to 21 hours a day. Great time, but very tiring, however satisfied I did my bit on this huge project.
