I am lucky enough to have continued my employment at the Nopalaver Group, and have now worked within the payroll and temporary employment industry for ten years! The company has grown over time, and with the ever changing legislation this is no small feat. Running and operating payroll for our contractors is a fast changing industry, and being governed by an institute like HMRC ensures compliance at all times. Managing a team of 9 has added many benefits, and the team over the years has grown from strength to strength. As the Operations Manager i am on hand to help and support them, and am lucky to work with individuals who also share my passion for putting the client first. I would say our customer service is our USP. As well as up-selling and supporting the team I am also available to all our clients when needed, whether this be a contractor himself with a dispute that needs resolving, or a potential new client, such as a recruitment agency, developing and maintaining relationships to ensure our business, and theirs progresses.

I have worked for the Nopalaver Group for just over seven years. I originally started in the junior office administration role, but have quickly progressed to the point where I manage a team of six (along with my newly appointed supervisor), and now actively grow the business to ensure it's survival and growth in the current climate and ever changing legislation. My goals are to 1. Look after my team and ensure they feel respected, appreciated and happy in their roles. I want them to want to come to work. Who says people can't love their jobs? 2. To ensure our clients are taken care of. It is important that they trust us, believe in us and know that we have their best financial interests at heart. We ultimately want them to take home more of their hard earned money as is compliantly possible.I believe that success is earned, and takes a lot of hard work, time and effort. all of which I am willing to give, to make The Nopalaver Group a success and one of the recognised, leading providers within the contracting industry.I look forward to connecting with you, and hope that any relationship formed will be mutually beneficial to all parties involved.

I worked here during my study time at university in order to supplement my income. I found the weird and wonderful hours fit in with my lecture times and ensured I could work as well as study. I worked here on a part time basis whilst completing my A levels. The location was close to home and school. I found John Lewis to be a great company to work for and learned many skills, that i have been able to transfer over to other roles i have taken on.
